I posted a while back about booking with sailer... but his prices just seem extortionate (100k+ for some patients)

I am considering a consult with Defranq as his website looks quite good.

Anyone else have any other suggestions?

If cost is no issue then I would say yes sailer or Sinn

But I think there are actually just as good ones in third worlds. In some ways third and second worlds have much more experienced maxillofacials with TOTAL FACIAL EXPERIENCE (not just dentical) because jaw surgery is an old fashioned way of fixinig things and they do much more osteotomies including higher ones much more regularly... Look up Richardsons Craniofacial hospital on YT.

You will see indian, mexican, and south east asian maxfac's doing orbital boxes on the reg while american maxfaces just extract wisdom teeth all day and do basic lefort 1s here and there

So who are the best non-European/American surgeons? People always say there are cheap, blackpilled and talented surgeons in the 3rd world, but never mention names. Personally I would rather avoid going to a shithole for jaw surgery but I'm still open minded about it

He is answering a youtube question with someone whose YT username is "Vimeo Pictures" and he says "This is a question from Vimeo... asking blah blah blah" addresses her as "Vimeo, we can definitely give you a pointy chin" LMFAO he thinks that is actually a name or something :lul: :lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul:

Eppley said he does aesthetic bimax when I asked him. I would actually like to see his results I bet they would be good since he is board certified maxfac who is also an aesthetic jawline plastic surgeon

Studies this... for a long time.
In the US Gunson as number 1 and Relle as 2.
In Europe Raffaini (current world best IMO) and Alfaro as second
Raffaini prices are modest for someone of his status, but he only meets face to face since he can allow it. People fly from all over the world to him

Exagerration. He has some that look look like shit because he lets people do "what they want as long as its safe"
I would def go to him if I could afford

Love your sig
Blackpills: The quality of your life experience is directly correlated to your attractiveness. This has been proven by science.
Game only works if you meet the girl's minimum attractiveness threshold - with Instagram/Tinder this is higher than ever.
People respect, trust, and want to be around good-looking people more so than ugly ones.
Money and/or muscle is cope if you are ugly, and people can see this very clearly.

What would you reccomend to asecnd a jaw. I have a 16cm jaw including ramus, my angle is decent. Do you think a bimax then jaw angle or wrap around jaw implant would ascend?

My surgeon does everything

It depends on the relation of tour lower face to your upper face. Look up dr sailers video on retroface vs anteface. He has 2 good ones on youtube
My butcher does everything

Of course he does :lul: :lul: :lul:

Including calling you an uber to take u from his office to the hospital while you have a half done surgery hes gonna finish in a real hospital :feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

*Srs: I'm going to a third worldcel almost definitely though so have no room to actually laugh @ you unless I want karma to kill me on the or table

I had extremely good results with a random local surgeon. I live in a big metropolitan area in the USA. As long as you know have an idea of what movements/surgeries you need, any certified maxiofacial surgeon with experience is worth a consult IMO. I consulted with one, didn’t like him, then I consulted with a different surgeon who I liked much more. He had lots of example before/afters and my experience was really good overall. No numbness or negative side effects whatsoever.

Jaw surgery is a much more widely practiced surgery which means there are lots of good options. Unlike something like custom designed infraorbital rim/zygomatic implants which aren’t widely used and so there are fewer surgeons to choose from

Just want to echo both posts.

People act like aesthetic jaw surgery is unheard of and no surgeon will do it as if Bimax is some kind of exotic radical surgery.

I also had a friend get Bimax who is bluepilled not even expecting it to have aesthetic benefits and said now he gets IOIs all the time (he got it over the summer and he told me this when we met in August, both new to the school)

The Best Is A Combination Of High CCW Lefort 1 + Infraorbital-Malar-Maxillary Implants preferably PEEK Material to achieve true forward growth and perfect zygos and UES

It would be ideal if the surgeon can do both

However i believe Zarrinbal doesnt utilise custom facial implants

Defranq does both but no long chin wing which is what i need for my ramus

That’s an eppley design tho

not sure bc a high lefort itself is a very rarely done procedure afaik. from what i can see of the high cut, it doesn't seem like there's any area to impact/rotate and doing downgrafting on such a large area seems very risky imo. arent ccw movements and high cuts generally used for two completely separate cases tho?

Jaw surgery is cope unless you have a bite deformity/mouthbreather/short face syndrome

just get paranasal implants + chin wing/jaw implants, much quicker and more reliable results. Also gives jaw width and chin augmentation.

Really? I read that he charges 20k for bimax

If you are from Italy he charges a low price.

If you are international and even worse an ugly ethnic he will charge you a higher price...

So make of it what you will.

Not true. Eitherway mods should ban all talk about prices or at least keep it to dms.

Yes he does , for a consultation he wanted to charge me €330 euros and lorss confirmed someone he knew paid €250.

Other members have confirmed he charges differently.

Money is a critical component to looksmaxxing surgeries it should be discussed.

This is such a small forum, with such a small percentage of people actually having surgeries. I fail to understand how this would inflate prices.

If anything this keeps prices lower as people can compare what one surgeon is charging against another. And put pressure when negotiation the prices with surgeons.

It's the same cuck mentality of employees not to discuss what they are earning. The employers do this so cuck workers don't start comparing salaries and asking for more money.

It's employers that win when cucks don't know what prices are same with surgeons. If people knew you could get a genioplasty in South America for €1000 why would you get one in the usa for €9000 with the same quality.
