Vertically narrow eye area have a bunch of factors, it's not just forward grow, my forward growth sucks, but my eye area is vertically narrow asf.

You need fat (for hoodness) supraorbital that are low set covering a bit of the eyeball, strong tendons (scleral show:droopy lower eyelid are due to lax tendons) and sufficient under eye growth (not being recessed, remember Gandy have negative orbital vector).
