Is it too late to achieve forward growth from mewing and if so would any orthadontic procedures/devices help me? Ive also heard about front loading with a sling around my chin but is that just cope?

mewing keeps popping up on my instagram all the time. honestly it feels like a scam. grown adults pressing their tongue to the roof like it’s gonna move bones that finished growing years ago. before–after photos with different angles, lighting, beard, weight loss, and suddenly it’s “jaw transformation.” sure. if tongue posture could replace surgery, orthodontics and anatomy, we’d all be models by now. it’s not self-improvement, it’s self-delusion — but hey, it’s very instagrammable.
