Forward growth/facial bone

I have a recessed mid face will peptides help? Is there any way other than surgery? Im considering surgery but ofc i would appreciate other ways

How old are you? You most likely have a recessed upper pallate. I wouldnt be surprised iif you have a bit of an underbite. Try to go to the orthodontist and see if youre young enough for them to fit a brace, otherwise you will most likely need bimax. Peptides wont unrecess your maxilla

hormones don't play a role i think. just don't mouth breathe and keep good posture

Im 17 and already have some typa expander but its for my slight cross bite
