Forward growth fraud (Posture vs neck out)

(currently working on tightening hyoid)

Was wondering if good posture is even worth it.
As you can see I'm sticking out my head because it makes it look like I have better forward growth that way

Should I keep my posture perfect and just look recessed or fraud forward growth and lose ~0.5 inches?

I am working on the neck (its actually thicker than the photo but perspective)
Also sticking out the neck makes it look skinnier

Overtime bad posture will make you even more recessed and gives you a tiny neck so no. Do it only if you have to fraud a side profile photo, irl it looks retarded and makes your neck smaller
