While im not able to account for my entire diet growing up, I can confidently say from ages (When I found the community)17-19 I've eaten higher quality foods and looking at pictures from then to now. I definitely had some skeletal development in my orbital regions (Not much, but better than they were)

Something I can attest to is I've always had proper tongue posture even before discovering this fandom but something i've never had any luck progressing is my maxillary regions. I never tried any of that thumbpulling shit because everyone on all corners of the internet labeled it as autistic cope so I never tried it, the only procedure I do believe that works is MARPE but I'm not in a situation financially to get myself treated for it.

My nose protrudes out and my underbite isn't so bad, but my maxilla is flat as shit and I believe i'm just doomed to be boneless. Perhaps its a common theme among latin americans/Mexicans?

Any advice, troll or not is taken idc lmk

its all genetics even the way you breathing and tongue posture is also genetics (like allergies) so everything is genetics.

I also have a deviated septum, but i haven't done much research as to how that affects me

DNR but Forward growth is literally 0% genetics
