forward growth has nothing to do with canthal tilt

I have a friend who I skull mog to death he has a narrow face narrow palate with a death crooked teeth yet he has a pct , I think it's all about orbicularis oculi muscle , did anyone here tried some type of exercises to improve his eye area ?? lmk if you did .

his lower eyelid is much tighter unlike his before picture it's clearly droopy and lack support
