Ik this seems like a shitpost but if you think about it the eye area and squareness of the chin and jaw is highly influenced by maxillary and mandibular forward growth , recessed infras cause sceral show and dark undereyes and a projected mandible makes the jaw appear bigger and more square . it also improves FWHR

probably yes . if you asymetrical its most likely because one zygo or part of mandible or maxilla is slightly reccesed than the other . forward growth is law but its good that its fixable via surgery
