The facemask needs to be attached to an expansion device that splits the suture like MSE or MARPE. Face pulling on it’s own is not confirmed to give maxillary gains. You can try making the one that @nelson made if you want if you aren’t going to use an expansion device but this is probably cope tbh. You you could probably get 5mm or upwards and forwards movement by splitting the suture and face pulling the right way

You could split the suture without expanding any further, but GL trying to find an orthodontist that will do this custom treatment. JFL at those bluepilled cucks

if you were actually really dedicated to this you could get mse and have your upper teeth tilted inwards and lower outwards, this would allow you to connect your bite even while expanding, and still reap the benefits of mse + fm

What type of expander did you have as a kid? Did your expander just push the teeth outwards or the whole maxilla, if they just pushed the teeth, you could possibly get MSE still as your maxilla is still narrow

I really dont know man. My orthodontist told me he made my maxilla wider cause otherwise my tongue will fell in my throat

Rip he probably expanded the whole maxilla. If you get an ortho to install marpe, or MSE could could get forward movement, but you’ll heave to search for awhile
