all i really do for forward growth in the first place is hard new 24/7 basically, but my face is quite wide and i’m starting to not like it, from the side my projection isn’t recessed but it isn’t projected either, i don’t know what else i could do so i just ldar for most of my day when i ain’t in school after my routine, i got given a retainer by my dentist for my bottom teeth, will that help? fear im just getting downward growth rather than forward, and my face is going short and wide and unproportionate(?) help

Btw is ur upper lip inward projected? Or is it long philtrum? What causes this? And can it be fixed
