Forward growth with narrow face

Somehow I’m forward grown with a pretty narrow face it just throws off my whole face, I also have a pretty narrow mandible. It’s to a point I have a hltn front hmtn side it’s actually ridiculous, what should I do tho I js turned 17. I also have big protruding ears so it exaggerates how narrow my face is.

Get a narrow haircut. I have a big ass blocky head so I make sure that my haircut is wide and large to make everything seem slimmer in comparison.
