Are there any tips for forward growth, but I won't do shit like thumbpull, I need something more natural like a lifestyle habit that can affect this or something like that

forward growth isn't the key to looking good.

Niggas would say how to achieve bone growth like if anyone can do it, we won't be here , its all genetics the most you can do is surgery

drop down further though, 9-13 isnt enough.

aim for 7% if you are human.
I am currently at 4.7%.

Forward growth kind of is the key to looking good along with health markers. People like Chico and Robert Pattinson are exceptions, but they only have bad maxilla’s. Jaw forward growth is really important

If you're an adult the way to improve forward growth is surgery. Probably not what you wanted to hear but it's the truth

I would say do orthodontic expansion if you need to and get your bite correct and chew a lot of tough foods. If your already recessed though, I don't know how reversable it is. But hopefully you can prevent it from getting worse.
