I was wondering how I could increase my forward growth at the age of 15. My nose has a dorsal hump + its slightly bulbous from the front profile that throws away my facial harmony. My jaw is also slightly recessed. So I was wondering how I could improve my forward growth and would it realistically fix these deformities?
