Forward growth

I am 15, my chin lacks lip alignment aka my chin is recessed but I'm mostly forward grown. My under eyes are crap probably due to crap fat distribution, I haven't assessed wether its due to recessed infras because I lack eye bags only a few lines directly under my eyes and and one big line running from my medial canthus to my zygos. I forgot to mention that I am 6 feet tall and weighing 226 lbs are there any ways to fix my chin and under eyes or should I just end it?
