How can I achievve forward growth? im 15 and i currently have braces, and i dont know any way to achieve forward growth cuz im a newcel. thanks

Just make sure you got good body posture, also don't forget about Mewing .
I'd also recommend to eat healthy ( meat, milk , etc ) since body growth is gained from protein and hormones.
