Just make sure you got good body posture, also don't forget about Mewing .
I'd also recommend to eat healthy ( meat, milk , etc ) since body growth is gained from protein and hormones.

I heavily focused on posture and mewing and it worked great.

ur too old for mewing to work at all not enough newtons of force from ur tongue, gh probs gonna give u some forward growth id take it either way for bmd but yeah

Dont wear your retainer once they give you it. Do everything you can to get sleep apnea. Trust me here. Ask for lefort because the braces recessed you and show your symptoms. Hopefully they will give you lefort and you’ll be easily htn. Mark as solution

yeah i had elastics but i hardly wore and my teeth before were pretty fucked since i have a small mouth and teeth crowds easily for me

I don’t have that much knowledge in braces but I’d say don’t wear the retainer. If the teeth issue come back ask for Damon
