last time i posted didn’t do references so now i do, but like last post, i fear my face is getting to wide and im starting to look like a cube, aswell as this i think my maxilla should be projected more also, still in puberty so it can change ig.(?), ive been hard mewing as much as possible, but overall how can i help my facial ratios. dont wanna be a block head

You look good don't worry too much. Hard mewing or mewing in general is bad though. Not saying the tongue posture is wrong but constantly forcing a muscle to stay active is gonna lead to imbalances. To keep your tongue up you certainly rely on your feeling sense since of course you can't look at what's happening inside your mouth. But your feeling sense is very much deceiving. It might seem to you, that you are pushing evenly but you are most likely favouring one side. In general actively engaging a muscle is not good. You shouldn't force your tongue up or exert any force to keep it up. You might say you don't apply much force or that it doesn't require much effort but you are still engaging your tongue. Also I think you might be clenching. Could be wrong obviously but make sure your teeth aren't touching. Your teeth should only contact when chewing and swallowing. If you notice your back teeth touching slightly move them apart.

It's much more important to focus on body posture than it is to fixate on your tongue. Your body posture is much more important than your tongue, and if you fix the first the second is gonna fix by itself.

yeah i am clenching, i do it cuz it shows my masseters well giving me hollow cheeks but only rlly for photos, when my mouth/teeth are resting i have a slight overbite but i think that is okay, and i have retainers for my bottom teeth, the mewing aswell is probably correct, and i have noticed i have bad symmetry, specifically my left side is much better than my left- probably a product of the mewing constantly.

Yeah first of all stop clenching entirely. Really make sure your teeth are not in contact if you are not chewing or swallowing. Also for mewing believe me I'm not saying it's your fault here or that you specifically are doing it wrong. Everyone has a deceiving feeling sense, not only you. That is why you think you have bad simmetry. Focusing on posture is much better because with body posture you can get objective feedback. For example if you record yourself. improving posture like spine, neck, etc. I’ve been meaning to start doing stretches and well just attempting to fix my posture in the first place because it’s quite bad, and i’m missing out on an inch or two of height most likely as when i wake up im taller than i am later in the day as my spine compresses(i think that’s how it works), my main concern is that im getting a. bit uncanny but thx for the feedback n not just hating like most guys on forums ❤️‍🩹

You don't look uncanny at all from the pictures. Again just stop clenching, that's really bad. And do not force your tongue up in any way. Trust me that's gonna help you improve. It seems counter intuitive but it works.
