how old are you? depending on your age, you could consider leforte and hard chewing (chewing known as cope to many)
chewing could help your inward gonions for sure though as it works the massetter muscle which combats recessed gonions

I’m 71🔄 but is it possible to get insurance to pay for a rhinoplasty and a lefort?

it is possible as longs as it affects your day-to-day life, if you notice difficulty breathing through the nose (such as feeling you don't get enough air when breathing through the nose), constant post-nasal drift that never goes away, or difficulty sleeping or staying asleep then that could be worth mentioning. Rhinoplasty - im not sure as that is mainly a cosmetic procedure, but if it directly affects your breathing (its much more likely that its due to recessed maxilla rather than your nose) then yeah insurance could cover it
