I’m 13 and have a severe chin recession of about 10-12mm, I have never mouth breathed my whole life, probably genetics because my dad has a worse recession than mine (like 18mm). I know I have a lot of time to improve but I don’t know which methods to use. Please help.

couldn't you get bimax covered by insurance depending on your country? Will have to wait to 18 tho. otherwise id start saving up any money possible until then

If I can’t do nothing in puberty I would get surgery at 18 but I really don’t want to spend these years avoiding mirrors. So using there a way to achieve it naturally?
