forward growth

What can i do to get more forward growth and make my maxilla grow upward not downward? and sorry if i sound like a dumbass.

U can do hard chewing with hard gum(or just 2-3 pieces falım gum) and chew them with ur premolarrs for 1 hour(for each side 1 lef 1 right) and it will take very moment like u need to do that for ur next 4-6 month
