it’s because your jaws influence your neck posture

downwardly grown or recessed jaws = forward head posture because the body compensates small airway size that was created by recessed jaws and brings the neck forward to breathe better.

so don’t even try to fix it, because it’s a huge waste of time unless you fix the jaw problem itself

Not necessarily. It’s just a factor. There are multiple causes of it with this being one of them.

A more common cause is simply just developing that posture due to the use of tech nowadays.
