Just had a call with my ortho concerning the double jaw pre and post surgical treatment. He asked me if I have breathing issues, want to expand my palate, would like to have a more balanced profile and more pronounced lips. I said yes I need all of this and an ortho who prepares me for bimax and he just said he'll get in contact with my maxfac and make sure insurance covers most of it.
