Did you tried it yourself? Never heard of this one, I had good results with eplerenone and furosemide personally.

Eplerenone mogs HCTZ to death.

Also EPL is potassium-sparing, so it has no risk of inducing hypokalemia.

HCTZ does have a risk of inducing hypokalemia.


Amiloride is a great diuretic indeed.

Whats your protocol with it?
I don’t take it on an empty stomach and I drink water moderately, also I use one tablet at a time every 10-14 days tbh don’t wanna abuse it

I feel like I need more information on it before I take it because this is more easy to get (where I live) unlike other diuretic like eplerenone and furosemide

-Do you know other users that take it?
-Do you see negative side effect?
-What possible side effects can this give?
-How effective is it?

noticeable debloating in 6–12 hours, peaking within 24. last around 24–36 hours depending on diet and sodium intake. Side effects maybe Low blood pressure ,Increased urination Flat appearance if combined with low carbs or too much water loss ,Dry mouth and no I don’t know any other users that use it

Was it just over the counter? 50mg HCTZ seems like a high dose, dont have much knowledge about Amiloride but ive heard its great.

That’s why there is amiloride it’s a whole stack you aren’t taking hctz alone here

It’s requires a prescription but I just talked like I take this usually and it worked
