found good source for addy, vyvanese, other controlled shit. what should i try

i just get hyper sometimes and can't sit still and study for longer than like 10 minutes. video games are fine but i need to get shit done. give me recs

I found that Vyvanse is better for sustained focus plus subtle energy, while addy just gives you a shit ton of energy and drive for a few hours. If you gotta study throughout the course of a day, Vyvanse might be better. But if you need to get a project done or give a presentation, I’d recommend addy.
