for state laws, 2 indecent exposure offenses (can qualify for the urination shit) can make you register under texas state laws for 10 - 20 years.

the sex offender shit is kinda stupid, if this guy is likely to be bad he should be in prison not on a list.

you can be put on the child sex offender registry list for having pics of under-age folks aka under 18. This is not true of minors having pics of other minors. Their are a few cases were some 18 year olds had pics of their 17 year old girlfriends and the state tried to put those guys on the sex offenders list. But the federal government stepped in and voided the cases.
