my under eye support is below average and so are my cheekbones, my big fails, my face only grew okay cause I supported the front but no wide palate either. I’m 18 so I hope I can fix it in the next few years

So did you still get decent results after 4 years?

A lot of people do that from what I hear. You weren't applying the back third, is that right?

My face didn’t drop, it grew forward decent enough (definitely not great tho) and my jaw angle isn’t too high, but I have bad under eye support, flat cheekbones and medium palate. my tongue always supported the front of my palate but not the back

I thought I was, I watched almost every video on mike mews orthotropics channel and I thought I had it but just 2 days ago I realised I wasn’t engaging it and as soon as I did I realised it was correct. I feel like a retard

Got any video that explains it well in your opinion?

Ye kind of this one
i saw a post on a forum about how most “mewers” aren’t doing it right because they haven’t bothered to see a myofunctional therapist and get the proper guidance, so I read on and the guy was saying you have to have the back third on the soft palate, when I had it further up on the hard palate, to the point the tip of my tongue was touching my lower front teeth it was that far forward, but I still went with it
