Found out what caused my left eye to tilt negatively. Sinusitis. The name for when the sinus is infected

For me a few years back my Upper Molar came out.

Overusage. Eating really hard crisps sent by my family in Kenya.

I stupidly thought I didn't need to replace it and boy I learned the truth the hard way. I caught the sinus infection from the fluid build up in the air-pocket in the side of the face I lost the tooth in and an infection occurred.

And here we have it to my left eye. The eye you are seeing on your left

Now to just figure out how this is corrected without all invasive canthoplasty or blepharoplasty or whatever.

Whatever the cause it's linked with a sinus infection after a tooth was lost and I didn't replace it. I lost the tooth at around 26 and then over time bone was lost and my eye turned out like this at around 27/28

I know what I am talking about when I say it wasn't like this.

Of course it could just be age as a droopy eyelid from age can cause a tilt, but so far all the evidence point towards it being the sinus being infect.

And that is what I believe I have. A negative orbital vector. Then @Pakicel said it's not that and actually a droopy lower eyelid. That orbital vector negatively tilted over time. It wasn't that way when I was younger.

Ive had two bone grafts to replace the bone I lost from the tooth that came out and then have had the dental implant put in, however I did believe that the orbtial vector tilted negatively due to the bone loss of the lower cheekbone and maxilla. So basically the orbital lacked the support of the bones beneath it. The lower cheekbone and the maxilla. Make sense?
