Found something that finally works for me for dht itch/sebderm/scalp inflammation/itchy dandruff

After years of different treatments, i finally found something that works other than topical steroids. I use topical Cetirizine 1% an antihistamine. Cleared up massive red patches on my scalp within a week after months of that shit flaring up. Really can't believe it, my scalp is now prime for regrowth.

I'm on finasteride as well, didn't help much with the itch.

Maybe dut might work better, especially if its sebderm/sebum related, but i already have a couple sides on fina.

Not sure why people bother with Fin when Dut exists.

Sides on Fin doesn’t mean sides on Dut at all. I would definitely switch if you think you had sides on Fin.

Kinda just tried everything and was genuinely surprised by how effective it was, was not expecting it, had a really bad stress-induced flare for the last 4 months nonstop, and it got 50% better after the first application, after a week my scalp is clear.

It has to be topical, to it seems, I was on Zyrtec 10mg this spring for allergies, and I didn't notice any changes.

Sides on Fin doesn’t mean sides on Dut at all. I would definitely switch if you think you had sides on Fin.

I've heard that argument that someone with sides on fin could have none on dut, but I have trouble understanding how that is possible.

My sides seem generally estrogenic, sensitive puffy nips half of the time, and a wonky libido sometimes high, usually reduced. Got my bloods done, and estodial is in range, really weird. My guess is dht antagonizes estrodial in these tissues.

Hopping on dut means more aromatization, less dht, which dont you think would make sides worse, at least in my case?
