Thats like saying anti-biotics are made for treated penis tip herpes or some shit, its the most researched retinoid (vitamin A) and 100x more potent than over the counter retinoids. It doesn't bleach skin or even make it lighter unless you have sun damage. It is used to increase cell turnover on skin
