You can't build frame much. Frame is basically how small your hips are and how long your clavicles are. Face is much easier to surgerymax. Plus if you have frame and height most girls won't see your face anyways because you'd tower over them

Just change the structure of your skeleton theory

Unless you have subhuman tier genetics like the sticky guy whos running tren and not gaining mass, a simple strong cycle will easily get you a good frame with wide shoulders. Just put in the work
