yes i pushed my left shoulder forward, look at the right one, it’s literally the same width. that fraud only works if you have big delts. not sucking in, my waist before was 26 now it’s 24 inches so nearly the exact same, and i don’t have ILS my clavicles are just wider than my ribcage so my acromions “hang” off the side
