Frame Before vs After

Does anybody have good body frame before and after pics of somebody who noticeably increased their shoulder length to give an impression of a bigger frame, or is it all cope?

The thing is that this guy had decent body proportions beforehand. His shoulders are decently broad he just had no muscle. If he didn't have this he would not have improved quite as much.

However, it does show that you've got a lot of promise if you're a skinny guy with broad shoulders.

His frame is the exact same, it's just increased muscle mass.

That frame is not uncommon at all. Walk around a college campus like 20% of dudes have it.
