Frame? Biachromial?

From clavicle to clavicle I'm 14.4" but apparently biachromial is slightly longer than that but i get confused on what to measure

My frame is very bad and I'm 186-187cm morning, not much muscle at 16%bf

What does my biachromial sound like from that

its more about the clav to waist ratio.

just look at yourslef in the mirror. if its anyting around 1.5x your waist you are in a good spot

I have a 29" waist with 35.5" hips and 17.5" bidelt
