Frame-cell? If yes how bad?

My clavicles are 16.5cm-17cm (height is 186cm) but my frame looks narrow. Before you say work out, ik this sounds bad but I've been working out for 3 years with some breaks and I still have a shit physique...

Start lifting weights (Lat raises) and if you are gonna do test in tandem your frame is gonna look a lot better.

Had to go change my name because I don't want people finding me. I've been doing calisthenics which suck for muscle tbh. That pic was fully relaxed no frauding

The VIP was 40% off so VIP and name change price were the same. No reason to not also get the VIP since I want to delete my threads. As for physique I'm not sure, I think my genetics are shit and also lacked quite some muscle and strength compared to others that were untrained when I was like 15yo

Any bodyweight exercise for side delts?
not any good ones sadly, just buy an 8-10-12kg dumbell set and you can train every head of delt properly, if youve got a genetic disadvantage like short bidelt, you NEED laterial raises

You look like Tom welling's frame
You need get slightly more buff or hop on steroids but yiu need to be 6'3+ with good face like Tom to get away with this frame unfortunately
 
Well it's on me then, how many sets and reps per exercise do you do? And how many different exercises?
im lowk hyperactive so i just work out whenever i feel like too, i dont even count the sets, but probably more than 100 pull ups a day, like 20 dips, and i also do levers like 15-20 per day, i have good diet, and im also excerising by doing jumps in my room i do about 50-100 per day

If you said 3 years for this physique then you can only blame your genetics

So just spamming an exercise? I do different exercises 3 sets 6-12 reps and workout every day

A bit, youll be okay just wear shoulderpads and lifts. People exaggerate frame alot on here, if ur over 6ft it doesn’t really matter

Even test might not save , because of genetics, the way you respond and how fast you’ll grow muscle is genetics, there’s people on gear looking like naturals but that’s your call

yes, i have somewhat wide clavs so i dont even need to work out , i just stay lean but recently ive been gaining a lot of weight beacuse i want to see how ill look like when im fat. lol

Damnnn😭 didn't think it was that bad. Will focus on face and get surgeries as well as shoulder pads to fraud my frame. Height is a little above average so guess not all is lost
