IM 16.5 years old
I've always been a late bloomer, I've always been considered low test by my peers,
I tried gymcelling for 2 years consistently 5-6x a week, I didn't skip a single day, from August 2023-august 2025 but made little to no progress,
I couldn't get my bench past 135lbs, and in order to even get close to 135lbs I had to dirty bulk on an optimal semi-primal diet with Jeff nippard 6x a week ppl split,
after going from 125-190lbs in 9 months, my physique was skinnyfat, and my bench only went from 115-145lbs,while my friend who went to the gym with me and ate the exact same diet from the exact same brands benched 175lbs at the end of that, and ended up with a bulky powerlifter build
Despite destroying my forearms with optimal sets volume stretch, I've built close to zero muscle on them
I cant progressively overload my lifts, it just gets stuck at the same reps
It just seems like my body refuses to leave the skinnyfat build,
I LITTERALLY looked like I've never trained a day in my life
I have thin wrists, a bad voice, bad frame.
The issue is, I'm a late bloomer so maybe I just have to wait for my time to come?? But my tanner stage estimate is 4.0 so im confused
The main, big issue is, I'm somehow going through hair loss, so even with a dht blocker I might be cooked
Also in my country idk but I get blood work every 6 months, idk what they check but its like a general health panel.
