Frame growth at 19

I haven’t grown more than an inch in height since I was probably 17 however when I measured my wingspan at 18 it was 6’1 and recently at 19 I measured it at 6’3

I’m 5’10 btw

How is it possible that my arms/frame/hands grew 2 inches in a year or two while i didn’t grow in height at all

I have allways heard ppl say that some of those plates close later but I never really thought you would have significant growth after 18 unless you had some kind of crazy late growth spurt
