I need help widening my frame. Last time me and my girl measured it was around 55-56 cm in length which in my personal opinion is narrow so any tips on how to widen it

Nigga u have good fram imo, go on a cut and your delts will start looking better and you will appear much more wider frame

I mean 55-56 gets less impressive the more fat you have on you, so it may seem narrow on him because it's partly through fat in his shoulders and he still doesn't have a vshape
