I got an injury becouse i trained to failure every set (I was told this was the reason by a physiotherapist),I wouldn't reccomendDon’t listen to the narcy fags in the comments. Keep working out and please increase intensity and volume on you exercisers, reduce the carbs you eat and do this for months and you should lose body fat and gain some muscle
