that picture of him wasn't even that bad, his face looks more slender than it did a few months ago.
I don't know what he looked like a few months ago but he still looks like he has klinefelter

Don’t listen to the narcy fags in the comments. Keep working out and please increase intensity and volume on you exercisers, reduce the carbs you eat and do this for months and you should lose body fat and gain some muscle

I got an injury becouse i trained to failure every set (I was told this was the reason by a physiotherapist),I wouldn't reccomend
102 weekly sets is enough, I will not lose bodyfat anytime soon becouse i need to build muscle optimally, Thanks for the advice anyway

102 sets ? I think you mean 10 . Yeah ten for bigger body parts . Smaller ones like side delt can get 15+
 
Below what FFMI do you consider a man skinny? I'm 20 ffmi according to an online calculator
I said skinny fat which is different to skinny. You have fat without visible muscle
