My frame is extremely bad for a 23 year old I look like I’m 16. I’ve been doing pull-ups and pushups but I don’t seem to have a lot of progress. What can I do to atlest get a respectable frame?

your bidelt growth is probably closed you can't really do nothing about it now
 
I’m 6”1-6”2 184 ish pounds.

Just stay consistent, eat a high protein diet and do some lateral raises. I would also suggest you to eat at maintanance since you don't look neither big nor skinny. Calisthenics work but you need to give them time, you should also add sprints to your routine.

Dude there is no exercise that is going to grow your clavicle length at 23 year old it’s just cope, all you can really do is fill out your gram and get in shape and focus on training your shoulders. An example of a good physique with narrow clavicles is phil heath.

doesnt help that ure fat lol ofc it'll look worse. also ur collarbone (clavicles) are straight which is a very good frame genetic trait to have

fix your anterior pelvic tilt and posture in general

His clavicles aren’t even narrow tho.

look up young picture of phil heath and trust me you’ll see that he had narrow clavicles but with the progress of training his shoulders he improved his frame
