This is such cope lmao, most people don’t have good frames, muscle is what really determines if you have a good frame. Like most hipcels don’t really have hug hips, it’s just that they have a underdeveloped upper body. @Jacob Hate is a perfect example of this, everyone would have called him a massive hipcel before he lifted but now he has an okay frame. Same for me, my lower half is more developed than my upper body so it makes me like a block. But there is one thing both me and @Jacob Hate have, height. And no matter how much lifting you do you’ll never grow taller lmao
