frame width CAN make up a little for being a manlet

I think if ur 5ft9-10 plus or so. But at a certain point when ur rly short only charisma/status cn compensate. Im only 5ft11 but look way bigger in pics thn friends who are 6ft3 because of gym plus large head and frame with 8.2 inch wrists.

Guys 6ft5 and above still usually look bigger thn me in pics though like it cn only compensate so much.

It would but im just saying ur still going to look smaller allot of the time thn guys 4 inches+ taller. Also u need to get the balance right and stay lean so u dont look gymcel/compensating. I guess u could have a big frame at tht height and wear lifts.

Girls will defo find u more attractive if u bulk up at tht height since the main issue they have with guys not being taller is just tht they arent bigger.

Yes, because the parameter is not height alone but presence. While height is most important for presence, frame and perceived aggression can compensate somewhat. I.e. a scary looking framemaxxed manlet would can still be perceived as manly
