I have a 20,4 inch bideltoid at 1,87m.
My fathers genetics(2,05m/≈6ft7) are giving me hope for more frame and height growth in the future.

Ive considered gh but heard that my growth plates will close faster so im waiting to use gh later at ≈18yo.
Also im eating like shit and im worried that my insuling resistance will be fucked if i start hgh for example.

Should i just let it happen and wait or use gh?

you say this but you don't even say how old you are and 18 is pretty late for hgh lol

HGH doesn't affect E2.
E2 is primarily responsible for epiphyseal plate closure.
If you want to prolong growth, take an AI.
This is all very rudimentary. Read some threads in BOTB.
Don't consider anything until you have read threads, clinical literature, anecdotes and formed a proper protocol.
I am not going to babysit you so don't ask me for any more advice for how to find literature, etc. Search bar is your friend.

Forgot my age mb. Ive heard from other threads that 17 is a good age to start cause of the growth plates closing and height gain slowly stopping. Im not deep into all of this so i might be wrong
