Oh my goodness I'm gonna increase my frame. I don't mean fraud, I mean frame. I have to increase my frame. I don't have a bad frame, but I don't have a super good frame. Frame-wise I look like your average tall skinny 6'4 guy who's white european etc. I don't want to be frame average, I want to frame mog. I want it to look like I'm akwardly moving a painting around to get to places. I want people to actually step on the grass as I walk by because my huge frame. I want to look like a dorito. I want to T pose with my arms down. And I work out. I do push pull legs multiple times a week. I hit it hard. I do the machines at good maneagable weight while ensuring proper form. I do all that. My diet is good. I drink a gallon of milk and a half gallon of orange juice a day. I want to frame mogggggggg. I have to frame mogg normies. I can't have the same frame as greys and normies. I have to mogg everyones frame. I'm doing pull ups. I'm doing the reeves deadlift. I'm putting both hands together and pressing them so the tension hopefully pulls the clavs apart. I'm taking a hammer and you know getting those sides done. I'm doing lateral raise after lateral raise. I guess I'm saying if you know anything to frame maxx tell me. I don't want to hear cope. I will have insane frame.
