How can i build out my frame, quick. im running test rn along with anavar, i need a good workout routine to target my frame and strenthg

Train everything but the movements that will grow your frame the most are shoulder presses, lateral raises, rear delt flys, lat pulldows.

Is the reeves deadlift worth it I’ve seen it in most guilds. Looks to be an uncomfortable movement.

Never done it and honestly I dont think anyone has. I think they just say they do :lul: It is cope anyway it won't 'lengthen your clavicles' as many claim.

Soulder presses and flys will alwasy be the best for bigger shoulder (wider frame)

Yeah I’ve had a pretty solid muscle base but I want more bone. :(
