this is a pretty good example of ascension because his frame starts out pretty bad, and he isn't just a beanpole but also has wide hips. end result also isn't something you need roids to attain. framecels btfo, although face is still incel-tier

gymcelling without roids won't add that much to your total shoulder width, but his body looks a lot better (no shit) and shoulder to hip ratio looks way better. any framecel here can at least attain rectangle mode instead of child bearing hourglass mode
