As a rule of thumb, your knee circumference should be about 2 times your wrist circumference.

If your knee circumference is greater than 2.25 times your wrist circumference, then you may be an upper-body-deficient framecel.

Every month I measure my stats to track my gymcel progress.

My arms grew by 1/8th of an inch since last month.

I'll share my experience there.
In my teens (starting at 12 yo) , I thought I would be a wristcel / framecel / manlet.
But, you know what, I did not pity myself, I just went for 10+ hours sport per week and ... I can tell you 30 years after that, women did not care at all about it.
It was just in my head.
If you are a very young framecel, there are solutions to fix that, especially if you are young.
If you are a bodycel after 18yo, well, you mostly deserve it.

just gymcell and skip leg day and maximize ohp at least 1-2 plate 1 rm and you gain that true frame potential

just measure you shoulder width and waist size directly and you can tell if you have a good frame
wrist size is a good indicator of frame size in the sense of how large and thick your bones are
not as much a comment on how good your frame is
you can have thick wrists with shit shoulder genetics and ratios and thus your body won't be attractive, but you will most likely have a high muscle building potential

The 2:1 ratio is from an article about ideal male proportions. I made up the 2.25 threshold.
