There is this exercise that will LITERALLY lengthen your clavicule. its called





WIDE GRIP DEADHANG





YOU JUST DEADHANG WITH A VERY VERY VERY WIDE GRIP.
IT IS MUCH HARDER THAN A NORMAL DEADHANG
IT LENGHTEN CLAVICULE BONE BECAUSE BONE IS STRETCHED LIKE CRAZY
make a routine that you follow everyday.
Aim for 10 minutes WIDE grip deadhang in multiple sets and slowly build up
You will achieve V taper frame.
ONLY disciplined GRINDERS WILL ACHIEVE
