What I found to also kinda work is to breathe through the middle/lower parts of your ribcage if you notice to look wider you have to in essence take a deep breath also pulling your arms forward I stead of pulling them back also makes you wider
 
Step 2. Bonemash ur clavicle to gaun 1-4 inch
Semi did that and yeah it kinda worked like 1 inch for sure anything more you'll look like Kanye West but instead of shoulder pads it'll look like horns coming out of your shoulders
