This isometric exercise is supposed to increase bideltoid width by stretching the tendons in the upper chest/ shoulders
I know that weighted stretching works the tendons but haven't found much more info on this specific exercise so I was wondering what you guys think
Do you think regularly implementing this exercise can permanently expand the shoulder/ upper chest tendons or will they merely get stronger/ thicker (which I guess would also increase bideltoid width albeit not by that much)?
Also would the clavicles and scapular acromions also grow in width due to the extension of the tendons? I've read that the clavicles grow up until the age of 25 idk about the scapular acromions
Basically do you think this exercise can increase frame size
