I need help with fixing my frame ahhh. Currently 17 yo, 180cm, 168lb. I am maybe at 15-16% bf def wanna get down to 10-12%, I also want to still maximize growth even though I know it will be minimal (hopefully I can reach at least 183cm) and also I need to get rid of this shit body acne.
