Before the copeing disabltards enter. Let me explain, I was treading the sticky framemaxxing guide and saw the Steve Reeves deadlift.

If you don't know what tf it is see below.
Does this movement actually impact the frame or more importantly the clavicle width at all? How tf would this even work

it should theoretically work, but practically you need to be young, have high test and gh levels, and have enough bone malleability(again, over for oldcells) for it to work.

its cope. Just work on ur lats. Wide lats is the nr 1 key to wider frame

Its a shrug.
Yeah it probably can widen the calvics by 1-2 inches on each side.

Look at Reeves before and after shrugs you can see improvements in his width.
It wont kill you trying it worst case you get a nice forearm workout from the grip training.

Is that @russiancel? as your AVI?

A shrug? So you don't actually do the deadlift motion. You just shrug?

Well you do it as a deadlift first to pic it up then perform it in reps of like 5, as a shrug.

Like this.

I do a variation of seated side raises where I pull my shoulder as far apart as possible and do the exercise in a controlled and slow manner. And at the end (when the arms are up) I hold the position for 3 seconds. Have thus not only built very good shoulders, but also significantly increased the width itself. But all anecdotal.

How do you pull your shoulder far in the lateral raise?

It's hard to explain now, but I'll try. First sit completely straight up, abdominals in, shoulders back first, chest out and up, now tighten your lat and push your shoulders out as far as you can and onto the lat. Now start the Lat Raise, focus strongly on keeping your shoulders in the same position while performing the exercise.

Execution should be very slow and controlled

I'm going to give this a go. So it's yourself actually pushing your shoulder out pretty much. This sounds Hella interesting

Yes for me it works, I do the exercise in 3 sets of 10reps. And remember: execution and especially a slow execution is more important than weight
